Condi returns to realism?

Fred Kaplan has a pretty solid piece in the Washington Post on Condaleeza Rice's legacy in the Bush administration. He documents her turn from realism to what he calls messianism, and suggests she is now returning to the power-based worldview she used to embrace. Some biting lines, such as:

"She pursued democracy at the expense of stability, and achieved neither."

Pretty harsh, but history might deem it accurate.
