Veteran (who happens to be blind) drives a Ferrari

Some of the authors in this NY Times "Home Fires" series aren't very good, but I like this fellow, Michael Jernigan, a lot. He was with the Second Battalion, Second Marines (pronounced "two-two"), which was about one block away from my battalion (2/8) at Camp Lejeune. Had some friends in the unit.
Anyway, overall, I recommend the Home Fires blogs.
