Military donating to Ron Paul, and, increasingly, Democrats

Apparently there's been a substantial increase in what percentage of members of the military donate money to Democratic, as opposed to Republican, congressional and presidential candidates. It was 23 percent in 2002, and is 40 percent so far in the current (nascent) election cycle.

But the bigger news, I thought, is that the Republican who has received the highest percentage of money from military personnel in the current election cycle is... Ron Paul.
