Un bon poulet est un poulet libre, ou un poulet mort??

NY Times article about bird flu in a land of chicken cuisine. Poultry sales are in sharp decline because it's not just wild birds (swans) that have it anymore - domestic birds are feeling fluish as well.

UPDATE: Bird flu in French turkeys is confirmed. 11,000 have been slaughtered already.
