Poli sci school rankings, survey of field

A thorough survey of more than 1,000 political science professors and/or researchers offers some insight on the ideologies, methodologies, journal preferences, school preferences, individuals who professors view as important in the field, and other topics.

The respondents list the institutions they believe to be the best place for Ph.D study for an academic career (p. 25) and the best place for M.A. study for policy work (p. 26).

The survey was conducted by three researchers from the College of William and Mary, and you can download the results pdf here.
