A laptop for the masses

It won't be finished for a year or two, but Brazil already has an order in for one milllion of the puppies.
They'll have basic operations such as word processing and Internet browsing, store memory in a flash drive, and have a hand crank to generate electricity.
Kinda reminds me of Vietnam-era "field phones" I used in the Marines to communicate - also hand-crank powered. They made you feel like the "Gilligan's Island" professor, communicating with a coconut. But they got the job done!
