Russian-Chinese joint military exercise
They're landing on a Chinese peninsula to simulate a mock invasion to stabilize a restive country, according to this CNN article.
Sounds like the joint U.S.-South Korean exercise called "Foal Eagle" that runs regularly, which resembles a Taiwan intervention (even though Foal Eagle occurs in coastal South Korea).
The Russian-Chinese exercise is called "Peace Mission 2005."
WAR=PEACE
PEACE=WAR
Right?
